Honorable Mention in the New York Graphis Nudes.
This image has just been awarded with a Honorable Mention in the prestigious contest on nude photography that brings the publishing Graphis from New York. And what is more important: along with other awarded images by prestigious photographers like Albert Watson, Erik Almas, Joel-Peter Witkin, Rosanne Olson, Phil Marco or Jonathan Knowles among others, this work by Ramón Vaquero will appear on the excellent book "Nudes 5" to be published in November.

We have already received the excellent Graphis Photography Annual 2014, a high quality book containing the awarded images by the prestigious publishing house Graphis from New York in this year edition. Graphis Award published in Faro de Vigo
Section “Look at Vigo” from the Spanish journal “Faro de Vigo” publish and review today the photograph with which I have been granted the Gold Graphis Award in beauty and fashion within the Photography Annual 2014 in New York City.
This award, and all other I have, would not have been possible without the support of a lifetime of my parents, my girlfriend, family and friends.
Once again, I would like to thank the journalist Fernando Franco for his constant support and sharing of my photography over many years.

Graphis 2014 Beauty and Fashion Gold Award, NY.
When a few years ago I started in photography, I enjoyed some of the excellent books by Graphis where many of the photographers that I admire published their work , (Albert Watson, Annie Leibovitz, Herb Ritts, Vallhonrat…). I would have never imagined that my work would be part of their prestigious Photography Annual in 2014, and even less that would reward this image with a Gold Award in the Beauty and Fashion category !
This can be considered the most special prize that I have been granted to date , as Graphis is a well-known publishing house in New York, which publishes the most significant and influential in design, advertising and photography in the world from 1944. And one of the most prestigious international awards.
Many thanks to the editorial staff of Graphis for all the support received from the beginning !.
