Prestigious Fine Art Photography Awards from London have awarded the series “Lighting Clothes” with a prize “Nominee” in Fashion, within the professional level in its 4th Edition- 2017/2018. Once more in London, new award for Lighting Clothes series, on this occasion a Honorable Mention in a not exclusively photography contest: the 11th edition of the London International Creative Competition (LICC), in Photography Professional category.
A Medal and a certificate Southampton Camera Club have just been granted to these two images by Ramón Vaquero, the only Spanish participant selected and awarded in this edition of the Southampton International Exhibition (SIE) held in the United Kingdom.
The Southampton Camera Club was formed in 1896 and directs this international photographic competition, one of the largest and most ancient in the United Kingdom. Its international exhibition 2017 attracted entries from almost 60 countries around the world and in their Edition of 2018 the 105 th anniversary of this prestigious event is fulfilled. See more
There's a new recognition for the series of three photographs “Lighting Clothes”, on this occasion within the prestigious prizes from the International photographer of the year (IPOTY) 2017 from London with the Third prize or Bronze Award on the section Fashion and beauty (People) in Professional category. This year have been presented 4.380 entries from countries around the world.
The winning entries of last year's Edition of the Tokyo International photo Awards (TIFA) in Japan, including the series “Lighting Clothes” Ramón Vaquero awarded with the First prize in the category advertising professional, and Gold Award in the section of Advertising / beauty, are projected in the Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre from the 5 th to the 10 th of December. The series of three photographs “Blue Nude” has been internationally recognized in the prestigious ND Awards 2017 from London with one Honorable Mention on the section Fine Art Nudes in the category for Professional category. This year have been presented 6.849 entries from 89 countries.
Last Saturday 25 th of February it was opened in the Gallery Owada of the Cultural Center of Shibuya in Tokyo, the exhibition from the Tokyo International photo Awards (TIFA) in Japan, where the series “Lighting Clothes” by Ramón Vaquero was awarded on its first edition with the First prize in the category advertising professional, and Gold Award in the section of Advertising / beauty. The series was therefore selected for the official exhibition.
The purpose of the Tokyo International photo Awards is to recognize, reward and expose the talent of the photographers from all over the world and present them to the creative community in Japan.

The series “Lighting Clothes” has been awarded again internationally in the first edition of the Tokyo International photo Awards (TIFA) in Japan: Absolute Winner with the first prize in the professional category of advertising, and Gold Award in the section of Advertising / beauty. In addition, the three pictures are among the selected group of chosen for the TIFA exhibition that will be held in Tokyo.
These two new awards were added to the granted recently to this same series in the Angeles, London and Barcelona, as well as individually to one of the photographs in New York, Calella (Barcelona) and the Netherlands.
For the fourth time, series “Lighting Clothes” has been awarded internationally (for the photography of the Center is already the eighth award, and the other two have been published on covers). On this occasion are two awards at the prestigious ND Awards 2016 from London: Silver Star in advertising / beauty, and Honorable Mention on the section Fine Art, both in the category Professional category.
The Organization of the International Photography Awards in Los Angeles has drawn up a list with their 10 best beauty photographers.

On Monday 10 th October we attended the gala awards ceremony of the Edition 2016 from the biggest photo contest in the world, the Trierenberg Super Circuit in Linz, Austria.
The spectacular gala dinner held at the Design Center in Linz, hosted 500 people from several countries to attend the exhibition of award-winning works and the awards ceremony, welcoming also the 25th anniversary of the Super Circuit.
On this occasion I was there to pick up my seventh award in this prestigious photography festival, the Gold Medal in the special theme “Red”. See more

We have received a few days ago the Edition 2016 from the catalogs of the Trierenberg Super Circuit, that include three of my nine selected photographs, including the one awarded with the Medal of gold in the “Red” Special Theme: Trierenberg awarded image 2016
Catalogs consist of two volumes: one corresponding to the classic Trierenber Super Circuit and the other to Special Themes Circuit. They reproduce a selection of images awarded and submitted to the contest of the highest quality and variety of genres.
Congratulations to the team of the Trierenberg Super Circuit and Fotoforum for their fantastic work on this edition, and to all those photographers award-winning and published with excellent works.

The past 2 June to the 19:00 hours the inauguration took place of the Expo LUX 2015 in Madrid, in the Casa de Vacas Center.
Sample, that will be open to the 26 June, occurs in a larger format than the usual and, for the first time, in a cultural center. The travelling exhibition of the Lux thus becomes part of a new circuit in larger rooms.
A few days ago, we received the excellent catalogue from the Holland International Image Circuit 2016 and the two awards granted to Ramón Vaquero: the Mention of honour of the Royal Photographic Society from UK (10th Image Salon Delft 2016, Section Color), and the FIAP honourable mention (Fédération Internationale d ’ art photography), (1St EPic Photo Salon 2016, section monochrome), that we already released here.

Yesterday I received the news that this image had to be awarded with the Gold Medal from the Trierenberg Super Circuit 2016 in Austria. It is the seventh time that my work is awarded in this competition over the years (6 Gold and one bronze medals). The 9 images that I sent have been finalists, 8 of them accepted in the 4 salons that make up the circuit.
The Trierenberg is amongst the photographic competitions one of the largest and most important in the world. Massive participation and high level of photographers from more than 100 countries always break records. It consists of several sections with specialized themes covering many styles. See more
The prestigious three-yearly magazine Nikon Pro has dedicated its Home from this Spring European issue to one of my award-winning photographs with the Silver Lux in Fashion and Beauty in the last edition of 2015.
Although Nikon Pro had already published some of my images on five previous occasions, this is the first time they choose to promote my work on their “desired” and selective cover.
The magazine is published in five languages and 29 countries, both in printed edition as digital for iPad and Android.

After a long time without publishing on Super Digital Photo (known before as Super Practical Photo), a picture by Ramón Vaquero appears on the issue of February in a report on the Professional photography awards Lux 2015. A selection of some of the award-winning photographs in the latest edition of the Lux Contest illustrate the article of the paper edition.
On the occasion of the Holland International Image Circuit it's been published, in several days and four different editions, some articles in the newspaper Het Noord Hollands dagblad including the photograph by Ramon Vaquero, winner of the Honorable mention Royal Photographic Society.
