Acaba de resultar premiada la serie de tres fotografías «Lighting Clothes II», esta vez en los prestigiosos International Photography Awards™ 2019 de Los Angeles en la sección Profesional de fotografía Publicitaria/ Belleza, galardonada con una Mención de Honor.

Los International Photography Awards™ (IPA) dirigen desde 2003 una competición anual para fotógrafos profesionales, no profesionales y estudiantes a escala global, creando uno de los certámenes más codiciados y exhaustivos en el mundo fotográfico actual.

Dada la altísima calidad y cantidad de obras presentadas de tantos países, agradecemos especialmente a la organización y al jurado este nuevo premio.

«Lighting Clothes II» is the second part from a personal portrait series where consumer objects we usually want like fancy clothing or pricey jewelry, are replaced by simple laser light lines. This is an attempt to create a metaphor of the conventional elements of the fashion world, as well as an image about the elegance itself with no material and needless elements. The main approach for this project was to prove that real beauty and the importance of the people themselves are totally linked to simplicity, trying to reflect on the amount of things we desire or are imposed to us with no need.

About Winner:
Vigo (Spain)-based professional photographer since the nineties. Advertising image works, social, industrial, studio and report for official institutions, public and private institutions, companies, visual producers, agencies and private clients. At the same time he develops personal photography as an author. Several have been award-winning, shown in exhibitions and published internationally.
