The prestigious Photographic Art magazine have chosen for the cover of their issue 640 one of the photographs from Ramón Vaquero series awarded at the last LUX Awards in the section Fashion and beauty. Adding this one, they are already two covers published nationally and internationally with images of this series: another of the three images was the cover of Nikon Pro recently, as it has been published here

Cover of the Nikon Pro magazine in Europe
The prestigious three-yearly magazine Nikon Pro has dedicated its Home from this Spring European issue to one of my award-winning photographs with the Silver Lux in Fashion and Beauty in the last edition of 2015.
Although Nikon Pro had already published some of my images on five previous occasions, this is the first time they choose to promote my work on their “desired” and selective cover.
The magazine is published in five languages and 29 countries sent, both in printed edition as digital for iPad and Android.
Many thanks once more to Nikon Pro and Cedar Communications London for this new cover, especially to editor Laurence Akers and Cassandra Kempster-Roberts for their kindness and facilities.

Two Honorable Mentions at the International Image Circuit in Holland 2016
Two new international awards with these two images in the Holland International Image Circuit 2016.
The first picture has been awarded with the Mention of honour of the Royal Photographic Society from UK (10th Image Salon Delft 2016, Section Color), and the second with the FIAP honourable mention (Fédération Internationale d ’ art photography), (1St EPic Photo Salon 2016, section monochrome).

Finalist in the Toulouse Herria 2015
This photo have been finalist in the contest Tolosa Herria 2015 held in the Basque country and organized by the Association Targazki. Had already been previously awarded in international competitions such as the Trierenberg Super Circuit of Austria, the Bristol Salon of Photography or the Holland International Image Circuit, becoming cover of the catalogue of the latter. Or published in the prestigious Nikon Pro Magazine in its European edition of the summer of 2013:

It seems that the latest trend of European competitions is to put a picture by Ramón Vaquero on the covers of their catalogs…
Joking aside, one of the main reasons for the act of taking photographs is to show them, to be viewed with the greatest possible attention. In our opinion, there are few better supports for this than a printed cover.
A pleasure that two images of the same session are chosen in publications from different countries for their covers twice in the same year: the first was in the Holland International Image Circuit, and the one shown here corresponds to the catalogue of the Bristol Salon of Photography 2014. It is one of the two images that was awarded at this year's Edition .
I would like to thank their great interest on the presented work from here to the Organization of the Bristol Salon of Photography.

Cover of the Holland International Image Circuit catalogue
In addition to having been awarded with the “President’s Award” from the Edition 2014 of the Holland International Image Circuit, this image by Ramon Vaquero was chosen as the cover of the official catalogue from the contest. A book with an excellent selection of images and great print quality, that we have received a few days ago from Netherlands.

After it was awarded at the Trierenberg Super Circuit of Austria, published in the Nikon Pro Magazine Europe summer issue in 2013 or selected at 1 X Gallery, the first image has been winner in the Holland International Image Circuit with the Special Prize “President Award“:

The other three awards that I have been granted are: Best participant in the Color section (Salon 7th Rainbow Challenge Rijen 2014), FIAP honourable mention (9th Image Salon Delft 2014) with the second image, and Encouragement Award FC Oldenzaal (9th Int. Image Salon Oldenzaal 2014) with the same.

Cover of “Foto Videó Magazin” in Hungary
The magazine Foto Videó Magazin from Hungary releases an article on the Trierenberg Supercircuit de Austria 2012 in its January issue of 2013. For its cover, they have chosen one of the images by Ramón Vaquero.
In January of 2006 the Spanish magazine “Foto” chose for its cover another image by Ramón Vaquero for the same reason.
