A few months ago, April oils commissioned this study a report on the development of 12 dishes made by chefs belonging to the collective Ourense cuisine.
The photographs cover everything from the making process to images of the final dishes or portraits of the chefs. They have also been used to illustrate their calendar 2020.

A few days ago we received the awards from the VI International Salon Xativa organized by the AFSA Xativa (Valencian Community): Bronze medal CEF, FIAP Honorable Mention in the section of White and Black, and Honorable Mention in paragraph FAF Urban Scene. Last 8 February we attended the gala awards XLVI edition International Gipuzkoa Trophy in Donosti, to collect the two FIAP Honorable Mention and CEF granted, as reported here.
The gala held in the auditorium Orona Fundazioa of Hernani, hosted over 200 invited attendees. Total, the Photographic Society of Gipuzkoa, organizer of this international event, granted a total of 66 awards.
